Zeba Haroon is a Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist

Zeba is an experienced Pelvic Health Physiotherapist with a special interest in bowel dysfunction and pelvic floor rehabilitation. She graduated from Monash University with Honours in Physiotherapy and went on to complete postgraduate studies in Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy at The University of Melbourne.

Zeba has extensive experience across the full spectrum of pelvic health — working with women, men, and children to address issues such as bladder and bowel dysfunction, pelvic pain, and post-surgical rehabilitation.

She now works closely with gastroenterologists and colorectal surgeons to support patients experiencing bowel disorders, including:

  • Chronic constipation and obstructed defecation

  • Fecal incontinence

  • Pelvic floor dyssynergia

  • Functional bowel disorders

  • Recovery following colorectal or pelvic surgery

Her approach is evidence-based, empathetic, and focused on empowering patients with the knowledge and tools to improve their bowel function and overall quality of life. 

Zeba is passionate about multidisciplinary care and believes the best outcomes come from collaboration between patients, physiotherapists, and medical specialists. Her goal is to help each person understand their condition, regain control, and return to the activities that matter most to them.
