Dr Anton Rajadurai

BBS (Hons) FRACP

Dr Anton Rajadurai is a Gastroenterologist and founder of Gastroenterology Specialist Care.

Dr Anton is a Gastroenterologist and Interventional Endoscopist and founded GSC in 2021 with a plan to provide comprehensive gastroenterology services to Melbourne and Regional Victoria by creating an administrative and nursing support platform for independent Gastroenterologists.

He was raised in Melbourne’s suburbs and completed his Bachelor of Medicine / Bachelor of Surgery at Monash University, before going on to a further two years of sub-specialty training in advanced endoscopy at Monash and Austin Health.

Dr Anton is interested in all endoscopic procedures, including safe removal of large polyps, Barrett’s screening, haemorrhoid banding, endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) and endoscopic retrograde pancreatography (ERCP).

He prioritises seeing all patients within a short time frame for initial consultation, with procedures generally being booked within 2-3 weeks following consultation (if required).

With low/no gap fees and minimal wait times for privately insured endoscopy, as well as public appointments at Monash and Bass Coast Health, Dr Anton is able to provide care to all patients needing gastroenterological consultation and intervention.

Direct access endoscopy is available for suitable patients.  Telehealth consultations are available.

Dr Anton spends a large amount of his time caring for the patients of the Bass Coast and South West Gippsland, as well as practicing at Berwick and Moorabbin.

Gastroenterology Specialist Care offers capsule endoscopy and Fibroscan across multiple GSC locations providing a complete range of patient care options.
